Background
Applicant is requesting to build a 32 bed memory care building. The new building will be part of a larger existing senior living facility. The property is currently zoned R-1, R-5 and CUP with conditions. The applicant will be required to retain the buffers as shown on the site plan. The proposed development is in compliance with zoning codes.
