Background
Applicant is requesting to build a gas station in an existing parking lot of a Walmart. The proposed building will front Mansell Road and the property is zoned C-3 with conditions. None of the conditions affect the proposed design. The proposed development is in compliance with zoning codes.

Fire: I spoke to the Architect and there is some confusion about the actual addition and the total of square footage of the building. He stated that he would revise the plans and re-submit with accurate information.
