Item Summary:
Previously, Jacobs was selected to provide engineering design services for the new WTP. Limited construction phase services were included in Jacobs' original contract for design services. The supplemental construction services support supplied by Jacobs and detailed in this change order is essential to the project and will support the City in construction management, site observation and engineering services. In addition to Jacobs' services, two city staff members will have major oversight roles on the WTP construction as part of the Construction Management Project Team.

On May 13, 2014 the Public Safety and Public Works Committee recommended placing this Item on the May 28, 2014 Mayor and Council Agenda.
