This contract will complete Task 1, the design for phase IV (Bull Sluice Option) and Phase V (Nature Center to Willeo Park/Cobb County). Task 2A and 2B will complete the construction documents and Task 3 is the construction observation.
Task 1: Update Preliminary Designs (will include updated to both Phaes IV and V) - $19,000
Task 2A: Construction Documents, Phase IV (Bull Sluice Option) - $36,000
Task 2B: Bridge Construction Documents - Phase IV (Bull Sluice Option) - $22,000
Task 3: Project Management and Administration - Phase IV (Bull Sluice Option) - $22,800
