Item Summary:
The acquisition of 200 and 210 Oxbo Road will provide an extension to Myrtle Street. The concept will provide a 545 linear foot roadway, 50 feet wide from the existing dead end of Myrtle Street south of the intersection with Grove Way. This roadway will cross a steep slope at an estimated 12%-14% grade to connect to Oxbo Road. The connection was envisioned as a part of the Grove Way Charrette to provide a needed alternative access into the Grove Way Community and from the community to Oxbo Park.
