Item Summary:

This project will provide a westbound right turn deceleration lane along Old Alabama Road at the intersection of Old Alabama Connector.

The Old Alabama at Old Alabama Connector Turn Lane Project consists of three parcels.  This agreement approves to pay the fair market value of $6,717 in exchange for 1,919.08 square feet of right of way and 1,979.74 square feet of Temporary Easement.

On June 25, 2014 the Community Development and Transportation Committee recommended placing this Item on the June 30, 2014 Special Called Mayor and Council Agenda.

Financial Impact:

Funds in the amount of $143,912 are available in the Old Alabama/ Old Alabama turn Lane project account, ORG 23042101, OBJ 541415, Project 91013.
