Item Summary:
The Old Alabama at Old Alabama Connector Turn Lane Project consists of three parcels and will provide a westbound right turn deceleration lane along Old Alabama Road at the intersection of Old Alabama Connector. This approval is to pay the fair market value of $5,788 in exchange for 1460.50 square feet of Right of Way and 193.04 square feet of Permanent Easement.

On March 26, 2014 the Community Development and Transportation Committee recommended placing this Item on the April 14, 2014 Mayor and Council Agenda.
Financial Impact:
Funding in the amount of $150,000 is approved and available in the project account, ORG 23042101, OBJ 541415, Project 91013.
