Description:

Staff met with EPD staff to discuss water supply in general, as well as to obtain guidance on issues relating to water supply, both surface and groundwater.

Comments:

Staff proposes to continue working with the consultant to finalize the permit application, meet with EPD staff directly involved with permit review and continue communications with EPD regarding guidance. Permit submittal is anticipated for mid-April.
