Item Summary:
This Text Amendment, RZ09-07, is regarding changeable copyboard signage and control of light emitting diodes (LED) as a light source.  The text amendment will add new definitions to Article 22 including changeable copy board sign, changeable electronic variable message sign, and changing sign. There will also be changes to Section 22.18 (c) regarding maximum heights and sizes, setback requirements and number allowances, Section 22.11 (a) regarding prohibited signs and ground signs on double frontage lots and Section 22.16, Illumination, regarding LED as a light source.
