Item Summary:
This project will provide erosion control grading, compacting with roller, and installation of 12-foot wide and 2-inch layer of asphalt on the trail from the Fouts Road trail entrance to the trail parking lot on Eves Road. This includes an area of 2,720 square yards. Johnson Landscapes is one of the City's stand by trades vendors.

On December 11, 2012 the Administration, Finance, Recreation and Parks Committee recommended placing this Item on the December 17, 2012 Mayor and Council Agenda.
Financial Impact:
$150,000 is approved and available for this project in the FY2013 budget in Org 35075403, account 541210, project 66005.
