Item Summary:

This will amend Chapter 3 of the Roswell Code of Ordinances to provide for ancillary wine and beer tasting license. This license will allow the establishment holding a package wine and/or beer license to provide samples of the wine/beer offered for sale to customers. Additionally, this will allow a patron to bring wine to a business licensed for consumption on the premises under certain circumstances.

On November 28, 2011, Mayor and City Council approved the first reading of this Ordinance.
