Item Summary:
The applicant is requesting to revise the conditions from the June 2007 approval for the purpose of allowing the installation of lights, sound system, press box and seating for all of the athletic fields including the football stadium.  The applicant has submitted a landscape audit plan to the city.  
 
Committee or Staff Recommendation:
The Planning Commission made two motions regarding this item during the April 19, 2011 hearing:
1.       Recommended denial of the applicant's request to remove conditions 15, 16, 29 and 30 from the original approval.
2.       Recommended modifying condition one (1) related to the site plan to allow for a stadium, public address system, press box, bleachers and lighting but with certain conditions related to controlling the number of games, limiting the PA system to the varsity games, making sure that they are tamper resistant or a maximum sound to the PA system, no Sunday lights or Sunday activities, and limiting the games to either Friday evening or Saturday evening, but not both.
