Item Summary:
This is the renewal for the second year of an agreement for the provision of Detention Center medical services. The contract period is October 1, 2013 to September 20, 2014. The contract provides for a 24/7 medical provider and an on-call model in a virtual environment whereby the City Detention Officers contact the provider and the provider directs the course of action including necessary in person visits.

Financial Impact:
The annual cost of this renewal remains at $76,275.60. Funding for this contract is approved in the FY 2014 Budget in Org 10032260, account 521201
