Request for Proposals (RFP) #14-094-C was issued for the Impact Fee Program Assessment to provide an update to the City's Impact Fee Program. Two proposals were received ranging from $45,600 to $49,000. The proposals were reviewed by an Evaluation Committee made up of representatives from Community Development, Finance Department and Transportation Departments. The Evaluation Committee determined that TishlerBise is the most responsive, responsible proposer in the amount of $45,600.

On April 30, 2013 the Community Development and Transportation Committee recommended placing this Item on the May 12, 2014 Mayor and Council Agenda.
Financial Impact:
The FY 2014 Budget included $50,000 for the impact fee study. Funding is available in Org 35070101, Object 521201, and Project 33004.
