Body
Item Summary:
LMIG funding is dependent on the General Assembly's budget for the fiscal year and is allocated by a specific formula based on population and centerline miles of paved roads.

In November 2012, the City submitted an application to GDOT requesting LMIG funds to resurface Hardscrabble Road, Hembree Road, Norcross Road, and Nesbit Ferry Road.  GDOT has agreed to pay up to $573,350.52 to resurface these roads. The amount of $573,350.52 represents the City of Roswell's share of the LMIG budget based on the approved formula.

Committee or Staff Recommendation:
On May 29, 2013 the Community Development and Transportation Committee recommended placing this Item on the June 10, 2013 Mayor and Council Agenda.
