Item Summary:
This project is the replacement of a drainage culvert on Worthington Drive. There were costs added to the original project estimate received from the City standby contractor due to the relocation of a Fulton County waterline and due to heavy rains that saturated the area resulting in unforeseen delays waiting for the ground to dry to support the continuation of the work.

On February 12, 2013 the Public Safety and Public Works Committee recommended placing this Item on the February 25, 2013 Mayor and Council Agenda.
Financial Impact:
Upon approval of the change order for $33,784.37, the Project cost will be $239,749.37, and $39,992.57 will be remaining in Project: 82005, Object: 541200.
