Item Summary:

O.C.G. A. §21-2-45 provides that a municipality may authorize a county to conduct elections.  Section 5.30, Election-Date and Conduct, of the City of Roswell Code of Ordinances allows Fulton County to conduct elections for the City of Roswell.  This Resolution will establish authority for the Mayor to sign a contract with the Fulton County Department of Registrations and Elections to conduct the City of Roswell May 20, 2014 Special Election.
