Item Summary:
GDOT is requesting the City Of Roswell sign a MOA for the installation of two pedestrian lights located on SR 9/Alpharetta Hwy. as part of the Midtown Gap Sidewalk Project. The City has previously signed a similar agreement for all of the lights associated with the Midtown Streetscape project completed several years ago. This agreement brings these last two lights in line with the agreement for the entire corridor.

On April 30, 2014 the Community Development and Transportation Committee recommended placing this Item on the May 12, 2014 Mayor and Council Agenda.
