This revision seeks to clarify City policy regarding nepotism and fraternization among present and future employees, in an effort to remove the possibility of actual nepotism, or the appearance of nepotism or favoritism. The revision requires applicants and employees to self identify any relationships that may violate this policy at the time of application for employment, transfer or promotion. Existing relationships will be grandfathered under this policy revision.
