The Outstanding Civil Engineering Award--Small Projects was presented to the City of Roswell for the Michael J. Leonard Groundwater Filtration Plant Project which was completed in June of 2013.  The project involved the design and construction of the production well groundwater filtration plant used to supplement the City's water supply. Projects were judged on numerous criteria including consideration of sustainability, fiscal responsibility, and complexity of accomplishment.
