Item Summary:
This amendment to the Roswell Code of Ordinances achieves the following goals:  (1) to aid the police in more efficiently reducing crime, and (2) in making cases that clearly are within the sole jurisdiction of Municipal Court, and which cannot legally be bound over to Fulton County State Court.
