Item Summary:
The Hembree Road at Houze Road Intersection Improvement project will improve the capacity of this intersection by constructing a multi-lane roundabout. The project will also integrate the Roswell Loop system by constructing a multi-use trail along Hembree Road to increase bicycle and pedestrian access. There are 20 total parcels involved in this project.
Right of way agreements have been reached on all of the parcels except this one. A 10 day letter was mailed on September 19, 2014 with a deadline of October 1st. As of this date, no counter offer has been received.
The right of way phase consists of 20 total parcels. Parcel #6 consists of 8,862 SF of right of way, 6,013 SF of Temporary Easement and a Driveway Easement

Financial Impact:
Funds in the amount of $55,900 are approved and available in the project account along with filing fees needed.
