Description:
A spreadsheet for the fiscal year 2010 has been prepared showing the potential costs for all special events that may be recurring each year. The total cost of these events is $59,229.80. This number is based on the previous year totals along with the two events that have been approved for this year.
There are also two events that may not come back and ask for sponsorship. Their combined cost is $4,059. If these sponsors do not hold their events the total projected cost for special events in fiscal year 2010 will be $55,170.80.
