Description:

Development of the preliminary site plan is underway. The topographical and boundary line surveys are being conducted. The amount of additional acreage needed for construction of the library will be determined after completion of the preliminary site plan and subject to review by the Mayor and Council. The additional acreage (from 2.0 to 2.7 acres) is necessary due to the topography of the site and the need to ensure adequate parking, vehicular circulation, site retention and future expansion.
