On October 13, 2014 Mayor and Council deferred this item to the November 10, 2014 Mayor and Council Agenda.
 
The Community Development Department recommends approval of the rezoning, concurrent variance to the side setback on the northern property line and conditional use request for the stacked flats.  The Community Development Department recommends denial of the variance to the Type C buffer on the eastern property line.
