The property is zoned C-3 and O-P.  The existing building is located on the C-3 portion and has been purchased to be used for a school.  The applicant would like to use the O-P portion of the property for school use as greenspace and outdoor classroom area so the applicant must request a conditional use.  The applicant is also requesting a variance to the rear setback in order to enclose the mechanical equipment on the property.
