Item Summary:
This change order is the result of an increase in the height of the wall for safety, a guardrail relocated to save trees, and other contract changes due to field conditions. This change order will bring the new construction contract amount to $216,941.07.
Committee or Staff Recommendation:
On July 27, 2011 the Community Development and Transportation Committee recommended placing this Item on the August 8, 2011 Mayor and Council Agenda.
Financial Impact:
Funds of $197,529 are approved and available in the 2000 Bond Sidewalk Connectivity Project, Cost Center 9810, Account #541415, Project #06TRA001. Upon approval $160,151.80 will be remaining.
