Request for Proposals (RFP) # 13-241-C was issued for the Community Cultural and Arts Assessment. The plan will provide short term and long range actions and culture and arts strategies for the City. Six (6) proposals were received ranging from $69,980 to $80,000. The Cultural Planning Group was the most responsive, responsible proposer in the amount of $80,000.

On November 12, 2013 the Administration, Finance, Recreation and Parks Committee recommended placing this Item on the November 25, 2013 Mayor and Council Agenda.
On November 5, 2013 the Roswell Arts Commission voted to recommend the Cultural Planning Group.
Financial Impact:
Funding in the amount of $80,000 was included in the FY 2014 Approved Budget in Org 10061700 and Object 521400.
