Item Summary:

CWS has been the contractor for the yard waste and curbside recycling collection for the last several years. CWS has agreed to provide Roswell residents with 65-gallon recycling carts with wheels and lids based on this contract amendment.

On June 15, 2010 the Public Safety & Public Works Committee recommended placing this item on the June 21, 2010 Mayor and Council Agenda.

Financial Impact:

There are no additional costs to the City should the contract be amended. The contract price remains the same.
