Item Summary:
The Homeowners Association for Old Surrey Place has requested dedication of Old Surrey Place as a City street amending the plat. In 2006 the City considered the request to annex the plat of Old Surrey Place. When the plat was originally developed in Fulton County, the road was identified on the plat as a private street. The plat map was attached to the annexation request. The request was approved by consensus subject to review by the Roswell Department of Transportation. The current evaluation on February 5, 2010 has determined that the road has maintained its structural integrity and is in acceptable condition for dedication.

On March 17, 2010 the Community Development and Transportation Committee recommended placing this item on the April 5, 2010 Mayor and Council Agenda.
