Item Summary:
Rezoning of 16.69 acres of property at Etris Road/Kent Road from R-1c to R-1 and R-2 for a 27 lot single family development.
 
Committee or Staff Recommendation:
On August 13, 2012, Mayor and City Council approved rezoning for property at Etris Road/Kent Road to the R-1 zoning district to allow for single family homes subject to 15 conditions.  The applicant sued the City.  After discussions with the surrounding neighborhoods, the applicant has offered to dismiss their lawsuit if Mayor and Council approve this zoning.
On March 19, 2013, the Planning Commission recommended sending this item forward to the Mayor and City Council with no recommendation.
