If the grant application is selected for an award, it will continue the work of the Southern Trilogy Joint Marketing Plan which was begun through a previous Preserve America grant award.
Committee or Staff Recommendation:
On July 7, 2009 the Administration and Finance & Recreation and Parks Committee recommended placing this item on the July 20, 2009 Mayor and Council Agenda.
Financial Impact:
The total amount of the project is $20,000. Funding in the amount of $10,000 will be available from the Grant and $10,000 matching funds from the City. There is currently $350,000 available in the matching grant contingency. The project number, cost center and account will be provided at the time of acceptance of the grant.
