Item Summary:
On October 29, 2012, Mayor and Council approved a new fee schedule for zoning applications, engineering (land disturbance permits), building permits, and GIS. There is some confusion as to what the land disturbance permit fee for a single family home is for. This amendment to the fee schedule provides clarification to the fees related to a land disturbance permit for a single-family development on a single lot. In addition, this amendment includes clarification of the GIS cost to reproduce documents and some wording clean up related to landscape maintenance bonds and the cost for traffic signs.
