RFP #11-102-B was issued as part of the Energy Efficiency Community Block Grant upgrade project and two responses were received ranging from $120,389.90 to $135,450.70. Graybar Electric Company was the lowest responsive responsible bidder in the amount of $120,389.90.
This project includes materials for retro-fit kits, fixtures, lamps, and ballasts for City Hall, the Cultural Arts Center, and the Law Enforcement Center.

On May 10, 2011 the Administration and Finance and Recreation and Parks Committee recommended placing this Item on the May 23, 2011 Mayor and Council Agenda.
Financial Impact:
$208,670.07 is currently approved and available in Project Number 10GRA008, Cost Center 4600S2, Account Number 521400. Upon approval of this request Project Number 10GRA008 will have a remaining balance of $88,280.17.
