The applicant is requesting Parkway Village Small Tract Status in order to construct three office buildings totaling 12,000 square feet on the subject property.
 
Committee or Staff Recommendation:
The Mayor and City Council deferred this item during their December 12, 2011 hearing in order for the applicant to meet with the neighbor.  The applicant met with the neighbor and with staff in January 2012.
The Community Development Department has determined that the applicant has not provided sufficient evidence that it is not physically feasible to combine with the adjoining properties as required by Section 12.2.10(a) (i) in the Roswell Zoning Ordinance.
