Item Summary:

Citizens, schools and businesses in Roswell are encouraged to educate themselves on the harm done to the environment by balloon releases and to find alternative ways of celebrating.  Cameron Koporc, a rising third grader at Sweet Apple Elementary School, raised this concern to the City.
