Item Summary:
Request for Proposal (RFP) # 13-164-C was issued for an Interactive Voice Response System for the acceptance of credit/debit card and e-check payments, and to provide customer account information. Four proposals were received and Summation 360 (TWI) was the most responsive responsible proposer in the amount of $103,870. The system will also have an annual maintenance fee of $15,580, beginning the second year.

On July 24, 2013, the Community Development and Transportation Committee recommended placing this Item on the August 12, 2013 Mayor and Council Agenda.
Financial Impact:
Funding for this system will come from the Citywide Technology System (ERP) project which has $1,005,960 approved and available in Org 35015351, Object 542400, Project 11003.
