The coordinators of the Cycling Festival have approached the City regarding the following:  allowing a beer tent in the Antique Market parking lot on Canton street sponsored by a beer distributor; allowing restaurants that currently have a sidewalk café license to expand their respective serving area out a few feet onto Canton Street to increase capacity for the Cycling Festival.
