$117,627.69 in CDBG funds remains following the completion of the Charles Place II waterline replacement. These funds may be reallocated to another CDBG-eligible project. The Swaybranch Drive Project is a CDBG eligible project.

Financial Impact:
No financial impact at this time. Future approval and acceptance of the reallocation will move $117,627.69 from the Charles Place Waterline project and establish the Swaybranch Drive Project.
