This award was presented to Judge Hilliard in recognition of his many years of dedicated service to the Municipal Court Justice System. The award was presented by the Georgia Council of Municipal Court Judges at the 2011 Annual Training Conference. Judge Hilliard also received the Ogden Doremus Award of Excellence for 2010, presented by the Georgia Council of State Court Judges. He is the only Judge in Georgia to receive these awards from both the State and Municipal Councils.
