Item Summary:
This Ordinance adopts a budget for the Fiscal Year 2014 for each fund of the City of Roswell, Georgia, pursuant to Article VI, Chapter 6 of the Charter of the City in the amount of $101,091,241.
 
This Ordinance adopts a millage rate of 5.455 (4.464 General Fund Maintenance and Operations and .991 General Obligation Debt).  There is no change in the total millage rate from FY 2013 to FY 2014.

On May 13, 2013, Mayor and City Council approved the first reading of the Budget Ordinance.
 
On May 13, 2013, Mayor and City Council approved the first reading of the Millage Rate Ordinance.
Financial Impact:
The FY 2014 Proposed Budget of $101,091,241 is a decrease of (-$8,232,597) or 7.53% from the FY 2013 Approved Budget of $109,323,838.
 
Adoption of the Millage Rate of 5.455 for the FY 2014 Budget has no financial impact, it remains the same from FY 2013.
