Thirteen winners have been selected from over 300 entries for this year's coloring book showing Drippy Dropperson conserving water. Each winner will be recognized at a reception prior to the Mayor and Council meeting, at the Mayor and Council meeting itself and will be given a T-shirt with their particular drawing on it.
