Item Summary:

The Atlanta Regional Commission's (ARC) Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) program allows communities with existing master plans to be "grandfathered" into the program if the plan meets the LCI criteria. The City of Roswell prepared the Holcomb Bridge 400 LCI study summarizing how three planning studies support each other and how the studies adequately reflect the goals and intent of the LCI program.  The LCI program will provide a new potential funding source for supplemental planning studies and transportation projects in the interchange area.

On June 26, 2013 the Community Development and Transportation Committee recommended placing this Item on the July 8, 2013 Mayor and Council Agenda.
