The NPI award represents the sixth consecutive year the city is receiving this honor. Roswell is one of only eight governmental agencies in Georgia and is one of fifty-six cities in the United States to receive the 2010 award. The UPPCC Agency Certification Award recognizes small agencies, 1-11 employees, for 100% of its purchasing employees having earned the Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) award and/or Certified Public Purchasing Officer (COOP) award. Roswell has two CPPBs and one CPPO.
