Body

Item Summary:

The shallow well geophysical surveys and mapping have been completed and, based on the results, it is recommended to install shallow test borings in the sand and gravel in order to develop a short-term yield analysis. If sufficient water is produced, a water quality sample will be collected and analyzed. A summary report will also be prepared for the seven locations. The cost to perform the seven test borings is $35,000. This effort is part of the overall water supply master plan for obtaining sufficient amounts of water through groundwater exploration.
