The Mayor and Council received numerous complaints about the noise at the Verizon Amphitheater in Alpharetta on Sunday night, October 3rd. City Administrator Bob Regus reported that Alpharetta received more noise complaints regarding Sunday's concert than they normally do. Committee deferred this item at the October 12, 2010 Committee meeting since the Mayor was not present and he was going to update committee on his conversation with Mayor Letchas of Alpharetta. Staff was requested to get a copy of the Alpharetta Noise Ordinance as it relates to the Amphitheater (see Section 13-21 (d)) and to get a copy of the Noise Ordinance as it relates to Chastain.
