Body
Item Summary:
The CPBB is a non-profit organization that will assist the City of Roswell with the facilitation, training, guidance, expertise and analytical tools to successfully implement the PBB program. The basic philosophy of PBB is that resources should be allocated to those programs or services that best meet the goals and objectives that are of greatest value to the community. The PBB process is a strategic and structured approach that identifies priorities and objectively evaluates City services and programs on the basis of how effectively they help the City achieve these priorities. The PBB approach evaluates all aspects of the Budget including existing services, new initiatives, and capital. PBB will assist the City organization in identifying and investing its limited resources in those areas that directly support the City's vision, mission, and strategies.
