Item Summary:

The Teaching Museum has requested that the City provide police presence on October 4, October 5, October 12, October 13, and October 20 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to assist students crossing Marietta Highway from Bulloch Hall to Barrington Hall.  Approximately 500 students will be touring the 2 historic homes and will be crossing Marietta Highway/120 over a 3 hour period.  This is an educational partnership between the City and the Teaching Museum.  Discount tickets for a return historic home visit will be provided to each student.  The cost for providing the requested assistance will vary depending on whether police officers or crossing guards are utilized.
