The Distinguished Budget Presentation Award reflects the commitment of the City of Roswell to meet the highest principles of governmental budgeting. The City has to satisfy nationally recognized guidelines for effective budget presentations. The budget documents must be rated as "proficient" in four (4) categories: a policy document, a financial plan, an operations guide and as a communications device. The City is receiving this award for the 10th consecutive year.
