Committee or Staff Recommendation:
The Community Development Department recommends approval of this stream buffer variance with the following conditions:
1. The applicant/developer shall comply with the 50' buffer and 75' impervious surface setback along the identified stream as required for "Flowing Streams" in Section 21.1.9 of the Roswell Zoning Ordinance.
2. Septic tanks or septic drain fields shall not be located within 150' of the stream bank.
